if I may make a suggestion, I noticed what appears to be the angle of the shot, that you took the photo through the spokes of the other wheel. The lines are a little distracting in the focus they are now. If you adjusted the focus a bit, either fade the foreground more, or sharpen it, the picture and the meaning will become more clear
